Calculated Data Not Rolling Up to Parent Entities

We recently created new calculations in the rules for a specific account called KS3_3. The calculations are working correctly. However, during consolidation, the data is not rolling up to its parent entity except for the custom1 member Electricity. We checked the metadata attributes of these custom members and they are all the same. Is Calculated and Is Consolidated of KS3_3 is also set to Y.
