How to delete cluster private interconnect HAIP from oracle 12c clusterware ?

We had 2 node RAC environment and de-configured/deleted the other node to make it standalone setup with ASM. But unable to delete the private interconnect HAIP which is configured for cashe fusion.

ora.cluster_interconnect.haip
1 ONLINE OFFLINE STABLE

if we delete it, the crsd won't start and fails with below error.
