New Vanity URL not appearing in VBCS

Hi,
I have two connected issues.

We are using Gen-2 OIC Visual builder cloud service.
1. We have recently replaced the old vanity URL with the new one in OCI security vault by uploading new certificate to assign new host URL to OIC.
We have followed all steps successfully. After certificate upload, new OIC rest API also getting execute wit new vanity url.

But when we move to VBCS to change vanity url in vbcs application then new vanity url is not appearing in list of vanity urls of VBCS application.
Also it is not allowing us to update any existing vanity url with new one.
