Oracle HTTP Server failure on EPM 11.2.14 and EPM 11.2.15 after installing Patch for 36393221

After Installing Patch 36393221 for the Oracle HTTP Server (April 2024 CPU) (193460) Vulnerability, the OHS Server does not start, Tried this on an EPM 11.2.14 and on an other server with 11.2.15.
Does anybody encounter the samt trouble?
