Installing Oracle full client with SQL Developer and SQLPlus in Citrix environment/platform

Looking to find documentation/steps to do the following:

Have a Citrix workspace/storefront with (my knowledge is limited on Citrix and not sure which option to choose but i'm thinking storefront):

  1. Oracle full client installation (latest version)
  2. SQL Developer configured
  3. SQLPlus

With all the above, a specific/tailored tnsnames.ora file, sqlnet.ora, kerboros config is required.

For SQL Developer, the user can have a connection specific to them and should be accessible to them only.

Is it a matter of installing and configuring the client (and other info i mentioned above) and then work with my Citrix export/admin to create a workspace/storefront link for my users?
