Error Calling Admin Password Revisions Form from Orchestration

Hi All

We are trying to streamline our user setup process using orchestrator. We have two orchestrations, one that sets up and disables the new user's profile and sends an email to our CNC/DBA team to setup a database user.

Once the database user has been setup the second orchestration runs to assign a random password to the E1 user, re-enable the profile and email the user with their credentials.

Our problem is that when we try and run the Form Request to set the password the step fails with an "Expecting Form":"P98OWSEC_W98OWSECF","Resulting Form":"P98OWSEC_W98OWSECE_ZJDE0001" error. The Form request was created using the Process Recorder, but no matter what we try we can't get it working.
