Is there a way to reinstate termed benefits when an empl returns from an unprotected leave?
Hi all - I am trying to set up a process by which we can place employees on leave, strike, layoff, or anything similar in Job and have all of their benefits terminate but then be reinstated when they return. We do not want to open a new event for them or allow them to select new benefits, rather, we want to reinstate what was existing when they left.
Their benefit employee status will be set to terminated (on the action/reason table) on their leave row and will be set to active on their reinstatement row, but will this actually reinstate all of their previous elections when processed through Ben Admin? Is that possible?
