CSD_REPAIRS_PUB.Create_Repair_Order API> p_create_default_logistics = 'Y'

Hi,

I had a question about the functionality of the above API specifically the " p_create_default_logistics = 'Y' " As far as I can tell is that when the field is set to 'Y' the expectation is to create the logistics lines as default to the setups for the Service Business processes. However, I noticed that when calling this function it does not call out to a System profile that is being used to populate the Bill To and Ship To Address information.

This Profile " CSD_DEFAULT_SR_ACCT_ADDR_FOR_LOGISTICS " when set if creating a Depot Order from the Application will use the Service Request created Bill/Ship To addresses. But calling the above API does not call out to this profile meaning that the primary addresses for Bill/Ship To from contact centre will be selected and then passed to Order Management when interfaced. This is not desired as we would want the Service Request details to cascade to the Repair Order and Sales Order respectively.
