Question on Paycheck - how to show Holiday hours/amounts related to IL - FLSA act
Greetings!
We are working on a new implementation for IL based client who is comparing PeopleSoft result vs their current system. we have some issue with how Salaried (exempt) employees Holiday hours & amounts are displayed on the Paycheck.
in PeopleSoft - we are breaking it down to REG HOURS = 32 and 8 Hours of Holiday with equivalent $ amount populated on Other Earnings .
But the existing application client uses - Does show Regular 32 with $ Amount equivalent to 40 hours and then 8 hrs of Holiday with NO $ amount. here FLSA accumulator will get 32 hours accumulated with 40 hours equivalent $ amounts.
is there anyway we can get this similar configuration in PeopleSoft.
