How to Manage California Sick Leave 2024 Changes (SB 616)

In 2024 SB 616 changed PSL accrual for California employers to accrue 40 hours or 5 days, whichever is more (e.g., if an employee works 10‑hour days, the employee will be entitled to 5 days, or 50 hours of PSL).

Ben Admin does not have work day hours available in eligibility rules. Is there a configurable solution available?
