running silent install for Grid Infrastructure, applying the 19.23 RU:

gridSetup.sh -applyRU /u01/patches/36233126 -silent -responseFile /home/grid/grid_1923.rsp

Patch 36233263:
DeleteAction : Destination File "$GI_HOME/perl/bin/perl" is not writeable.
'oracle.perlint, 5.28.1.0.0': Cannot delete file '$GI_HOME/perl/bin/perl'
Copy Action: Destination File "$GI_HOME/perl/bin/perl" is not writeable.
'oracle.perlint, 5.28.1.0.0': Cannot copy file from 'perl' to '$GI_HOME/perl/bin/perl'

Saw a similar error, they said to kill the current perl process, but there are not any perl processes running.
