Application Migration Essbase EPM 11.2.14 to EPM 11.2.15

Hello,

I need to migrate Essbase Applications from EPM 11.2.14 - Essbase 11 to a new server with EPM 11.2.15 (or EPM 11.2.17 which is the latest release) with Essbase 21c.
No in place upgrade → migrate to other server.

I just found a Migration Tool for download on the localhost:19000/essbase/jet/ page on the EPM 11.2.15 server, but I couldn't find a way to get it working. I tried to find a guide for this tool - no success.
Does anybody have a solution for this problem? Would be great if I can get a little help here
