Problem with Installation Infrastructure 12.2.1.4 and Oracle Forms 12.2.1.19

Hello
I have a problem with the installation of Oracle Forms 12.2.1.19 and the Infrastructure 12.2.1.4 under Linux SLES15 x64.

I use putty from my Windows 10 computer to the Linux machine. Under Windows I have Xming 6.9.0.31 running as X Server.

On the Linux side I have installed the JDK 1.8u_401.
With the call java -jar fmw_12.2.1.4.0_infrastructure.jar
a window opens under Windows, but it is completely blank.
Have you already had such a problem and can you help me?
I also have the same problem when I call up the installation file for Forms (fmw_12.2.1.19.0_fr_linux64.bin)
