Question about deploying a table change!

Hi All,

I haven't done this in a while. Here is what I've done in DEV.

1. Create a backup for current Worktable.
2. Add column at the end of the table.
3. Do a Table build from Table Operation - Table Build.
4. Copy data back in.
5. Create\Deploy DEV package with newly added column to worktable.

Couldn't I do the same for PROD? This would happen on a weekend when we do our PROD update builds.
