Hello, I am trying to install 19.3 grid on a two node Redhat 8 servers

And keep getting this warning in the log file while running gridsetup that won't allow me to proceed

CAUSE: No additional information available.
ACTION: Contact Oracle Support Services or refer to the software manual.
