Siebel Letter Generation Issue

HI everyone,

We are facing an issue in production in siebel letter generation and it is failing intermittently for some users and we checked the logs as well. Attached are the findings. Kindly assist on priority as it is a production issue

Below are some of the errors we see in the log:

Error occurred while opening file 'D:\Siebel\PHS\siebsrvr\TEMP\Merged.docx'.

Error: Mail merge process finished with error

An error has occurred writing to a record.

Please continue or ask your systems administrator to check your application configuration if the problem persists.
