We need to know the form personalization query to avoid the duplicate items in Sales Order Lines

For Business requirements we need to configure a custom code to avoid the duplicate items in a Sales Order, so we have been trying to setup this but it doesn't work properly yet.

Has someone done this? We need the setup guidance.
