APEX application import/export issue, application checksum mismatch

Hi all

We are experiencing difficulties with our APEX app using FOEX on the
UAT server when deploying from DEV. It seems that the app is not
functioning properly. Both the UAT and DEV servers have identical
settings for Oracle, APEX, and FOEX since they are cloned virtual
machines.

APEX: 22.1.8
FOEX: V22.2.0.4588.01
Oracle XE: 21c express

We have further checked that the application checksum is different.

UAT

DEV

We then import and create a new app id in DEV with the same file.
The checksum is the same as UAT. As expected the same error occurred in
the new app even it is running in the DEV environment.
