When we login into JAS URL by giving user id n password,white screen appears

Application release 9.2.

All JAS URLs are working. This particular instance URL is not working. This is second time we are facing issue with the same instance URL. First time when it happened we restarted the instance and everything went back to normal. After two months again this issue resurfaced. Couldn't get anything from logs.

Any thoughts on how to resolve this particular instance URL not working issue.
