locate Gain/Loss to the department/division cost Centre instead of central

Oracle EBS Receivables 12.2.114

Good day,

I have a request to setup the gain/loss to the department/division cost Centre. current the gain/loss go the the central cost Centre and central account. The request is to locate gain/loss the the Invoice cost Centre, then to central account.

Kindly advise if anyone has done or best way to do it and what are the impact if any.
