high level overview:

System was previously patched to 23.1.12 from 23.1.7. I was able to patch both db nodes and 5 cells (2 are XT rest HC)

switch to ovm as this will be a KVM system. Was able to create the the VMs(clusters) from install.sh step 2 using our OEDA xml.

All appeared ok. fast forward a few weeks due to other commitments and we want to patch to 23.1.14.

Patched db nodes to 23.1.14 and ROCE switches.

Manually trying to restart all or cellsrv is not helping as the service stops so fails my pre-checks for patching the cells as its not able to check griddisks as part of the script.
