Kanban Component Consumption - Replenishment Capability

Hi,

Business case is below:

Product is consumed in EA and Boxes within Pallets. Every pallet can contain 50 EA or 12 boxes. In this case, is it possible for replenishment to occur only at the point of every pallet consumption instead of EA or boxes using JDE Kanban?
