Primavera Security Patching

In line with IT initiative to sustain level of application performance and maintain regular patch update,  all our applications must be properly patched and maintained with the latest appropriate updates in order to reduce system vulnerability and enhance, repair application functionality as well as to reduce the level of risk. Could you please advise if you have release/patch management in the application that we should apply? and how frequency you issue the patches (Quarterly, early ..etc)

Note: Current version we have 19 release
