Windows CAL install error

I am trying to set up a Windows CAPS installation for Simphony v19.6.2. I have tried it on a few different hardwired devices, and a tablet as a different station (non-CAPS). I get the same error on all. What would cause this, and how do I fix it? Thank you in advance.

An exception occurred: The type initializer for 'Micros.LES.MWS.SystemServices.Network.IPConfiguratoin' threw an exception
