Quantity on PO wrongly updated when chage quantoties on Requsition using RSS

We are implementing RSS, i?m facing an issue due requisitions in RSS needs to be edted then quantiies for stock items must be changed then, when we do that, quantities on PO are wrongly updated. Had somedody in this comunity facing this issue? can somedody give coents about this matter?
