Auto Reversal Criteria for Specific reason

Hi Team,

As per our customer requirement they need to reverse the Dec month transaction at last day of the Jan month.
and coming to Feb - Nov month, reversal should happen First day of the Next month.

Do we have this feasibility in oracle. kindly update.
