Can you please change the Global Security Profile to add the privilege as stated below?

We are facing an issue with Global Security Profile item and its privileges.
We have a Global Security Profile “Senior Scheduler”, the profile has 3 privileges
Add/Edit/Delete OBS, Add/Edit/Delete Security Profile, and Add/Edit/Delete Users.

The customer requirement is that,
1. the Global Security Profile “OracleP6 : Senior Scheduler” users should not have the privilege to activate/deactivate other users in P6.
2. The Global Security Profile “OracleP6 : Senior Scheduler” users should continue to have the privilege to sign/unassign OBS to other users in P6.

To achieve this we have removed the “Add/Edit/Delete Users” privilege from Global Security Profile “OracleP6 : Senior Scheduler”.
