For all consensus Completion policy any ability to send record to next step after some period?

Hi,

We've a requirement where we want to send a BP record to few users and wanted all to take the action and we can achieve this using completion policy set to All-Consensus.

But, we've another requirement that the super user want to move the record to the next step after certain period of 1 or 2 weeks (even all responses are not received from all users), is there any way to achieve this task in all consensus option in WF setup?

Note - if we make step enable for integration then completion policy changes to single and is not editable.
