Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. APEX 21.2, ORDS 19.1

After doing installation and configure Restful services, got error when call Apex URL:

500 Internal Server Error

An unexpected error with the following message occurred: Cannot invoke "oracle.dbtools.common.pools.SchemaType.hasPLSQLGateway()" because "schemaType" is null

I've been trying to reinstall but got the same error Message.
anybody have idea with our current situation?
