Is it possible to implement an recurring billing via credit card?

So we are looking for a specific scenario where customer can be charged in a periodic basis, like Netflix/Amazon subscription via Credit cards. Customer should be charged on pay as use basis.

Is this options available in oracle, if so how to implement this.

So if there is any lag between Order date and invoice date and the authorization got expired, Is there is any way where we can initiate a payment/dummy authorization to prevent the authorization expired?
