JDE 9.2 : Work Order Parts List hard-commitment removal in F3111

Dear JDE community,

We recently noticed that the lot/location hard-commitment is sometimes automatically removed from the Work Order Parts list. The secondary location (WMLOCN) is replaced by the default primary location and the lot number (WMLOTN) is set back to blank in F3111. The WO Parts List Audit Trail (A3111) indicates that this change is related to the JDE Kernel : program ID = "RUNBATCH@X" & Unique Identifier = "OW Without GUID". Do you know which JD Edwards application (Kernel related) can be responsible of such hard-commitment removal at WO Parts List level (F3111) ?
