Stopping the rejection letter - Post Requisition Filled

We are going to update bulk candidates status to rejected. I don't want any rejection letters to be sent out for this candidates. I need oracle to stop the notification during the particular time period and once I update the SR again, please purge all the notification in the queue before starting the notification push for the PROD zone.
