Oracle JDE EnterpriseOne 9.2 - Journal Entry

We recently upgraded from 8.12 to 9.2 and noticed we can no longer modify an unposted journal entry using P0911. We used to be able to adjust the account and/or the amount per line item but in 9.2 these fields are locked. Is this new functionality?
