Options tab in Print Preview > Page Setup is grayed out

P 6 23 .0 version Options tab in Print Preview > Page Setup is grayed out and inaccessible in Primavera P6. The other tabs in Page Setup work fine. Rebooting or reinstalling the client does not always resolve the issue. What could be causing this problem?
