We have one scenario where the user entered mileage for March & April and save the information. She went in the next day to update the information and all mileage was lost; the expense claim was there but no data associated with it.

In another scenario we had a claim rejected and withdrawn to update the requested information and all mileage for May with the exception of one day was lost.

She had entered 20 lines of details that disappeared.

Can you please advise why that could happen?
