ERROR OGG-10144 Parameter [COORDTIMER] is not valid for this configuration

I have a bunch of replicats. Each of them has its .prm file. In the files, parameters setting are the same; different replicat just processes different tables. I added "COORDTIMER 400" to the prm files. Most of the replicats run without any issue. But two of them come across an error:

ERROR OGG-10144 Parameter [COORDTIMER] is not valid for this configuration

All the replicats run on the same machine. What causes the issue on these two replicats?
