Planning 11.2.17 display issues

After an upgrade from 11.2.15 to 11.2.17 Planning seeems to be navigatig
badly. No cells in the forms and you cannot drill into the members in
the dimensions either. We have 2 environments with this using the Sample
application type so will not migrate anything to this yet. Anyone seen
this please?
