Hi Oracle Community,

I am facing an issue with the Program. As shown in the attached screenshot, requests are being marked as "Completed" but the status shows as "Cancelled." Here are the details:.

Issue Details:

  • The request phase shows as "Completed" but the status is "Cancelled."
  • The completion text mentions that the user or responsibility preferences have expired.

Questions:

  1. What could be the root cause of the request status showing as "Cancelled" despite being marked as "Completed"?
  2. Are there specific configurations or logs that need to be checked to identify the issue?
  3. Has anyone encountered a similar problem, and if so, what steps were taken to resolve it?
