How do we create a network profile in EBS Cloud Manager with access rules in NSGs?

Network profile validation fails if I use network security groups (NSGs) for defining all the EBS specific access rules and only use security lists for generic rules like Echo.

Is there a way to primarily use NSGs for access rules?
