Unable to login to JDEPLAN

Hi Folks,

We are installing JDE 9.2 with 9.2.5.6 32bit. On deployment server we ran the setup of 9.2 Deployment after installing Oracle32bit client 19c and E1local 19c. Our current DB client version is 19.22.0.0.0 (we have applied patch) and our E1local version is 19.6.0.0.0. We tried to connect to E1local database from sqlplus of 32bit client and it is getting connected.

When we are trying to login to JDEPLAN or when we are trying to apply planner ESU it is giving us below error.

JDB9900436 - Cannot determine database driver name for driver type "E"

Kindly help.
