Tax codes did not populate but Tax Rates populated for Order Line while creating from API

Hi,

We have created a Quote using ASO_QUOTE_PUB.CREATE_QUOTE and then Submitted the same to Place an Order using ASO_QUOTE_PUB.SUBMIT_QUOTE.

Order got created successfully and Tax line entries are added to Order line.

We have the Tax rates also populated but not the Tax codes.

If we place an Order from Orders form under Order Management responsibilty we are able to see the Tax codes and Tax rates assigned for the Order line properly

Please let me know how this can be fixed.
