PBCS Dimension member Delete Error

I am trying to delete a scenario member. I have checked the usage and cleared member from any forms or approval units. I have refreshed the database but it still gives me this message:

"The delete operation failed as one or more of the descendants of the member "1+11 Fct" is referenced in the application."

I have also checked user variables but cannot see anything in there.

Can you help me delete this member?
