SBC not responding to SIP Invite from Twilio SIP Server behind Nat.

Hi friends,

I have Acme Packet Net-Net 3820 SCZ7.4.0 Patch 3 (Build 152)
Oracle Linux branches-6/el6-u8 {2016-10-01T07:00:00+0000}
Build Date=02/28/17

TF # at Twilio —— - - - - >My company firewall Nat —— - - - - - —> SIP Interface SBC

below is the Wireshark SIP dialogue shows that SBC receives the Invite but it doesn't respond

Please me know what should i check?
