Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. is it possible to mask EBS 12.2 with third party tools instead of using the data masking and subsetting pack?

and if yes, what are the third party tools that are certified by oracle, or is widely used?
