I want to know country of my supplier when i Create

I want to create a database trigger to prevent users from creating a supplier or customer without entering a tax identification number (TIN) for domestic suppliers. However, I cannot find the table that stores the country information to distinguish domestic suppliers/customers on the create supplier/customer screen. Could anyone please help me with this? Thank you very much.
