Issues with WebADI processing

Hello Team

RDBMS : 12.1.0.2.0
Oracle Applications : 12.2.4

Following APR-24 CPU and RUP18 deployment into our PROD instance our business users are reporting that when they are trying to use Timesheet webADIs using any excel version prior to 2021 the file generated was either partially generating data or not at all

Are you aware of any change that may had cause this impact?
