Is Oracle 19c Client binaries supported on Ubuntu 22.x OS ?

We have Oracle 19c Database installed on RHEL servers. We have a Talend ETL job which wants to establish a connection to the target Oracle 19c database. However, when we try to install the Oracle 19c in Talend Ubuntu nodes, we are encountering an error. Please let us know if Oracle 19c client is compatible on Ubuntu OS.

Error: [INS-13001] Oracle Database Client is not supported on this operating system. Installer will not perform prerequisite checks on the system
