What files can I transfer to make the PDB work from a computer to AWS Ec2

I have a 21c XE setup working on a laptop and its intertwined with the java program. I cant remember how I set everything up previously but I want to put that working program onto an AWS Ec2 VM.

Can I just copy the directory C:/app and replace it on the VM?

I am obviously new to Oracle and still learning…..
