MES Component Availability showing wrong Qty in "Available Quantity" field

For Item 1: (as seen from On-hand/Material workbench form)

On hand = 74

Available to Reserve = 0

Available to Transact = 0

But in MES component Availability, it shows that Onhand =74, Available Quanity = 74 and Shortage = 0
so, it tells that there is no shortage for this component!! this is not correct behavior. Kindly suggest.

Because all 74 qty is already allocated/reserved to different move orders. so whenever new wip is created with Item 1 as component, MES shows that there is NO SHORTAGE.

Kindly Note: 74 qty is in nettable subinv and Profile option is to view only nettable subinv. So no issue with profile option.
