User Sessions are getting errored out in Siebel
Hi,
We have observed that some of the user sessions are getting Freeze or getting Error like "The server you are trying to access is either busy or experiencing difficulties. Please close the Web browser, open a new browser window, and try logging in again." in our Siebel Production Application IP24.4
And one observation is this error is coming for almost all the CTI enabled users.
Can anyone help to provide the steps how to fix the issue.
